Description

AROY-D's Tom Kha paste is perhaps the most convenient way to prepare the popular Thai Tom Kha soup, which combines the main tastes: sour, salty and spicy. Tom kha paste contains, in a milled form, mixed into a homogeneous spicy mass, all the necessary ingredients for making tom kha soup. This paste is also used for making various savory sauces. Ingredients: salt 22%, sugar 20%, galangal 17%, lemongrass 17%, vegetable oil (soybean oil) 14%, red chili 5%, kaffir lime 3%, flavor and aroma enhancer monosodium glutamate 2%.
