Description

Tabadzhan is a spicy paste based on soybeans, red pepper and more than 15 types of spices. Made according to an ancient Japanese recipe from carefully selected ingredients. Tabadzhan paste is used as an independent seasoning, as well as the main ingredient in a hot sauce for spicy sushi. In appearance and consistency, it resembles adjika, only thicker. The taste is very spicy. Spicy rich taste, pleasant aroma and thick consistency allow using the paste as an additive to various side dishes, meat or vegetables. They are used for frying meat, cooking noodles and soups. It gives them spicy notes and a unique taste.
