Delivery

Delivery conditions within mun. Chisinau:

Orders received on business days until 10:00 will be delivered on the same day. Orders received after 10:00 are delivered within the next business day.
Delivery is available only for orders of 800 Lei or more and is free of charge on the territory of mun. Chisinau (10km from the center).
Orders below 800 Lei can be picked up at our personal collection point by the address 4 Albișoara Street, 1st floor, shop Sumeshi-Yamato, Chisinau, MD-2001, Moldova.
The cost of delivery in other regions may vary and can be specified by phone contact with the operator.
Delivery is made on weekdays between 9:00 and 20:00.
Delivery is available only for the products included in the order.
The transport of a few products, for the purpose of choosing the place of delivery, is not carried out.
We advise you to group all your items in one order. We can not group separate orders placed separately so that they will be subject to delivery costs.
The courier will contact you 1 hour before the order is delivered.
The courier service does not include the demonstration of the product characteristics and the explanation of the exploitation methods.
The shipping packaging is sized appropriately and your ordered items are securely protected in transit.
