Description

Sesame oil gives a nutty aroma and flavour to Asian dishes, ideal for stir-fries, tempura and salad dressings. It is produced by gently roasting unhulled sesame seeds before slowly pressing them to expel the delicate, fragrant oil. The result is pure sesame oil, rich in antioxidants, Omega-6 and Omega-9 fatty acids, vitamins E, A, D, B1, B2, B3, C, microelements zinc, phosphorus, iron. With these qualities, sesame oil helps maintain the nervous system, has a positive effect on the circulatory and endocrine systems, and also lowers blood cholesterol levels. This sesame oil has no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives and is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
