Description
Sushi Nori Yamato are dried red porphyry algae used in Japanese and Korean cuisine. Nori are popularly used in sushi and rolls, but their use is not limited to this. Nori sheets are the basis for any dish in Japanese cuisine, from ordinary seasoning to full hot. Japanese use red seaweed in dried, fried and boiled form, as well as ground into crumbs. Nori do not contain fats and carbohydrates, therefore they are low-calorie food.
